Course Overview

Our HND Leadership & Management course launches your business career by providing you with skills and expertise that are both current and highly marketable. BTEC Level 4 Higher National Certificate in Leadership and Management

The Level 5 units align with the Occupational Standard for Operations or Departmental Manager, preparing students for roles requiring personal responsibility and decision-making. Students aspire to management roles such as Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Divisional Manager, Department Manager, and Specialist Manager. The units also prepare students for Level 6 higher education. By the end of Level 5, students will understand leadership and management principles and apply them in various business situations.
