This document outlines the age entry requirements, behaviour, refunds, cancellations, and other important information for international students interested in studying with Chichester College Group.
CCG International Admissions – Summary of Key Terms & Conditions
Applies to all international students at Chichester College Group (CCG)

1. Contract Formation
By accepting an offer from CCG, you enter a legally binding agreement. You must read and understand the full terms before confirming.
2. Entry Requirements & Visa Compliance
- You must meet all course and visa requirements.
- CCG reserves the right to withdraw an offer or CAS if false documents are submitted or conditions are not met.
- Students needing a Student Route visa must attend interviews and comply with all UKVI regulations.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Pay all fees on time.
- Keep your contact details updated.
- Attend classes and follow college rules on behaviour and conduct.
- Students under 18 must have suitable accommodation or a legal UK guardian.
4. Course & Support
- Courses and support services are delivered with reasonable care.
- Details are provided in your offer pack.
- Changes to services may occur due to funding or operational needs.
5. Accommodation
- Must be booked in advance and paid 4 weeks before arrival.
- Student visa holders must stay in CCG-managed accommodation unless agreed otherwise.
- Cancellations made within 10 working days of arrival incur a fee.
6. English Language Courses
- Offered at various levels (A1–C2), subject to availability.
- Fees cover tuition, placement tests, activities (some extra costs), and one Anglia exam.
- Additional fees apply for books and materials.
7. Attendance & Conduct
- Poor behaviour or attendance may result in removal with no refund.
- Students are not refunded for missed lessons or early departures.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Before arrival: Visa refusal refunds allowed with supporting documents (admin fee £500).
- After arrival: Refunds only in exceptional cases with supporting evidence.
- No refund if the visa is granted and the student fails to attend.
9. Deposits
- A £1,000 deposit (or full fee if less) is required to secure a place.
- Full tuition must be paid before CAS is issued for visa applicants.
10. Pandemics or Force Majeure
- Partial refunds or credit, depending on how the study is affected by closures.
11. Travel & Insurance
- Airport transfers are available upon request.
- Students should arrange their own health, travel, and possessions insurance.
