- Full payment is required to secure the room, and cancellations within 10 working days of arrival incur a £100 charge.
- Full weekly rent is payable even if the student goes away during their stay.

- Half Board: Includes breakfast, dinner, and a light lunch on weekends. Cooking in the host's kitchen is not allowed.
- Self-Catering: Students provide all their food and can use the host's kitchen and washing machine.
Internet Usage:
Restrictions on connecting routers and file sharing. Hosts can limit or restrict internet access.
Travel and Safety:
- Guidelines on using bicycles, safe routes to college, and curfew times for students under 18 (10 PM on weekdays, 11 PM on weekends).
- Written parental permission is required for overnight stays away from the host's home.
Health and Conduct:
- No alcohol or drugs are allowed, and the college nurse performs health checks upon arrival.
- Emergency contacts and mobile numbers must be provided.
Parental Consent:
A consent form for parents of under 18 students, covering supervision, transport, off-site trips, and emergency medical treatment.
